Live Streaming: Quick Troubleshooting Guide

	This page serves as a guide for the HRE Online staff when dealing with Live Streaming Problems.
1. Check to make sure the mixer board is on
2. Check to make sure the main volume is up
3. Check to make sure the line volume is up
4. Check to make sure the trim volume is up
5. Check to make sure the 'Mute' button is not pressed down
6. Check to make sure none of the 'Solo' buttons are pressed down
7. Check cables for loose/correct connections
7a. Check to make sure Tape output from board is connected to 'Line-in' (blue) input in back of PC
7b. For voice: Check to make sure cable from speaker is connected to 'Speaker (green)' input in back of PC
7c. For music: Check to make sure Line-in 11-12 from board is connected to 'front of speaker' input.
8. On the PC screen Click on the speaker icon on the right of the screen
Play Control window will show up, click on Options and select Properties
Properties window will show up
8a. Check 'Volume Control Properties'. Under 'Recording' make sure 'Line-in Balance' has the 'Select' Box Checked
8b. Make sure 'Play Control', 'CD Audio' and 'Line-In Balance' Volumes are up.
