Teleconferencing by Elluminate

When there is only one person who needs to call to an Elluminate session, this is an option. For example, when your instructor does not have an Internet access but a phone access at an airport, a hotel, etc, you can help her/him to participate in the session by using this function in Elluminate.  

1. Go to Tools ->Telephony -> Configure Telephone Conference.

2. Enter the telephone number for the individual in the box of Elluminate Session Information. Click “Save & Connect”. Once you clicking, the phone number will be saved for the session and a progress window will show the connection to the individual.

3. When the individual pick up the phone, a confirm connection window will show. Once you click “Confirm”, the session will connect to the individual successfully.



The individual who connect to the teleconferencing will be shown as “Teleconference #_ (Bridge)” as the following.

4. When the session is finished and the individual hang up the phone, a teleconferencing disconnect window will show. Click “OK” to end the connection.

5. To disconnect, you can go to Tools -> Telephony ->Disconnect Session from Teleconference.
